n Ball Z is being shown on Nicktoons network. It's being called Dragon Ball Z Kai and it's supposed to be a directors cut of the original one and more accurate to the manga. It also has new voice acting (almost entirely the same voice actors though, the only main characters with new voices so far are Gohan and Bulma).  The thing is, in the manga Vegeta actually says "Over 8000" instead of 9000.

So Vegeta might actually say "Over 8000!!!" instead of "Over 9000!!!" since Dragon Ball Z Kai is closer to the manga and has new voice acting.  That particular episode happens to be airing tonight, so I will watch it and report back if it's over 8000 or not.
