So things are all strict for a good reason in the way of the law, but imagine if the situations following happened, would/could people actually get in trouble?
1)So battery/assault and harrassment are things that happen, and theres always some unstable guy that beats his wife. So lets take it around, you hear reports of a wife beating/hitting her husband. Would she get in trouble to the caliber of a guy beating his wife? Or just ridiculed and the situation ignored, and called a pansy for not standing up for himself?
2)Sexual harrassment is commonplace in the media, famous people having scandals, pedos, rapists, all that. Now a situation of pedophilia is something that can happen, and very much punishable. But changing it, what if it was a young person, under the age, that had sex with an older person, against their will? Can an ungerage be charged with rape against a much older person? Like say 20-40 years difference, it would be a pedo case turned backwards. I mean really? Would/could this be in trouble, or just ridiculed to the older person for obvious reasons, "an underage raped you? wtf is wrong with you, you are a discrace everywhere"
So yeah, these cases are quite out of the ordinary and very strange, but could happen posibly, and if so, what do you think would happen in the way of the law dealing with it?
Bonus case: Someone low on their luck in life, poor and such breaks INTO prison to get a better lifestyle. How could the judge respond? Give them what they wanted by sentancing them to jail time?
But yeah im pretty sure if the circumstances all apply, in the eyes of the law (THIS IS WRONG THIS IS RIGHT), yeah those people would get sentanced accordingly.
Although the bonus case? Hahaha Maybe the judge sends the guy into space jail? :P
1. No, girls tend to get away with that. At least with a much reduced punishment
2. Yes, rape is rape. Harrassment too. Young people don't get any advantage except they would be more awkward
3. It's rather difficult to break into a prison, but yes that would e the punishment. It's not unheard of either, although most people do something more common. Like robbing a bank

1. No, girls tend to get away with that. At least with a much reduced punishment Exactly my point in this one, Sexism. Something that is completely unfair, where the law is supposed to be about equality. That shows a tiny hole.
2. Yes, rape is rape. Harrassment too. Young people don't get any advantage except they would be more awkward I was thinking the same on this one, but it would very much be harder to get figured out in court from the awkwardness.
3. It's rather difficult to break into a prison, but yes that would e the punishment. It's not unheard of either, although most people do something more common. Like robbing a bank Aha, another gaping hole. My thoughts would be community service, or just sending them to therapy or a nuthouse.
