Its an eyesore. Big flashy base colors blatantly separated distract the viewers and make it hard to concentrate. You want to go for subtly colorful design in a way that is pleasing to the eye, relaxing, and still enjoyable to see over and over again.

Kidding, I was not meant to leave that horrible logo up :(.

The BG was meant to look like snow or something. :p

It looked alright out of the forum.

Yes, you have control over how the theme is going to turn out. Just don't make it something stupid like Turkeys or Naruto...

Haha lol.

The last theme was technically frogs since Narutos eyes were in sage mode. Which, by the way is taught by toads or frogs.
