I would have posted my day but I remembered routine is deadly, it lets people know when and where you are at any given point in time, so they can assassinate you.

I know, I can't kill them cause they always blow up. And I can't get to the nether till I get obsideon which needs a diamond pick to mine. I want tnt. For mining purposes or traps.
You can make yourself a big mob grinder, it's useful if you want TNT, arrows and bones.
Simply put, it is a big black box made of multiple floors in which monsters spawn, are dragged in a trap by water and die, their dropped loot being brought to a gathering point by the flow of water. I made one, it's pretty useful even though it still sucks compared to some people's mob grinders that can fill a complete inventory in like, 15 minutes.
Jack, I try that but they still blow up most of the time. So its 5 arrows usually that I gotta use. I have 3 tnt so far though. I made like the coolest seed ever, big area, I'm making a sand castle, with sandstone. I'll make a mob grinder someitme. I need gunpowder, might use it for mining.
