So, I am young. I am only still 16 years old, and so my body is growing and healthy. But I have come to a realization. Fitness testing happened earlier this week at school, and I wasn't happy with my results so far. I am on the lean side, and I started really thinking. SO now, I am going to start working out on a daily basis at the local YMCA, because I want to stay fit, and possibly look awesomely muscled.
I just realized that if I dont do something now when I am still growing and healthy, then when I get older, I wont be able to save myself, and I might be a flabby slob. I dont want that.
Yeah, I know. I will at first just get a low level of wieghts, like 30-50 pounds, and do it alot, then after a while of it Ill raise it a bit. And I started doing 50 pushups and 50 situps every night before going to bed, I started this two days ago, and I already see the outline of my ab muscles in my stomach.
You look, like jack to me. But yeah, I am definately getting abdominal muscles now. I did more than 50 last night. But I figured out if you put your hands and arms behind your head it gives a better excersise, cause more wieght, instead of putting your arms in front of you on your chest.
Yeah, in gym at school, they dont do it right at all. The way people do pushups is horrendous. Me, I only support myself by my arms, and my body is completely strait, and I touch my nose to the floor and go all the way back up.
But try and get you elbow to point to your feet and more or less stay under your body as opposed to having them stick out to the sides like most people do.
I might be closer to 6 feet tall. Maybe about 5 8 or something like that, I havent measured. Oh and also I finally discovered how to fold a hankercheif into one of those head things, like a pirate. Its snowing like hell over here where I am.
I guess its called a skull cap. But I learned that you dont fold it diagonally in half and make it from there, you use the whole thijng unfolded in the center of the top of your head and then fold the remaining back under. Mine is pretty sweet, on a tan camoflauge hankey.
Cmon now u just gotta love that ^^^^ I cant watch the whole thing without cracking up laughing and its kinda awkward while my families all watching a murder show, its like someones getting stabbed in the throat meanwhile im laughing my head off, they might be getting worried about me becomeing a serial killer :/

Anywayyys i dont use machines, weights anything like that, i just do a lot of walking, a lot of running, jumping skateboarding and every day when i get home from college i have a massive hill to go up so i try and sprint up it every day.
All this keeps me really fit and even though i toke im still one of the fastest people i know in a sprint and im like, incredibly strong for the way i look. I think all thats much better and more natural than some greasy sweaty gym where everyone around you is a bulging mass of muscle with a brain the size of a, well.... Mussel.
Continuing on my original thought of excercizing. I stopped with the 100 pushups and situps each night when I got my computer back :p, but I still do every now and then if Im bored or something.
But yeah, I would definatly go work out at the YMCA in town, only problem is I dont know what to do, like I know my machines for working out, but I wouldnt know how to start, the awkwardness.
I do lots of biking (my work is 15km each way plus any other places I go) and road hockey for general fitness. I've also got myself a bit of a morning workout routine I do with free weights (and some stuff without weights, like plank and pushups) and I try to do it almost every day, but miss a few days here and there.
