-Of the alliance we form (considering it is created), any single members without an internal ally may stockpile up to 8 bullets by themselves, no more is allowed. Any two ally members may have four bullets each only, no more is allowed. These measures are to consider preventing abuse of major alliance for protection and reloading the whole time, then when major alliance separates, using all of the bullets on the new enemies, this would be abuse of the major alliance.

Yes good point, we may reload over the limit and if it is done, breakin contract, the bullet goes to the lowest on ammo person in the major alliance.

Mole has no need to reload, and will likely be targeted less. Srd has a purely evasive power and is unlikely to be targeted much at all. What is to enforce who has to risk attacking others?

Anyway. Contract.

All members of Black Ice shall form an alliance until all members not included in the treaty have been eliminated. To be eligible for recruitment one must either be a member of BIS or an ally of one at BIS. If part of the alliance you cannot attack each other. Also, you have a limit of eight bullets to keep in stock. Actions are to be discussed before hand, no acting alone. Acting out against the group's will results in an expulsion from the group if 75% of the group agrees. Primary goals of the group are to destroy anyone who attacks a member. Second, we go for all those left neutral. In the case of Xaph, we shall try to kill players in large sweeps, so he will be unable to steal credit for the kill. Should any member of the group die, we are to keep on course. All further decisions to be made by a 75% majority.

yes mole, if the voting system was an equal 50 50 it would encourage use of mob rule and divide us into factions. if its a majority seventy five percent vote then we stop anyone trying to cause anarchy in the group
