So you closetnerds, what do you do to keep up your muscle mass? You can't go rape someone if you dont have the upper body strength to fend for yourself. So do anyone of you's excersize?
I alternate 100 pushups one night, then 100 crunches the next night. I can do 75 pushups in a streak so far. Only about 40 crunches though, those are hard! Im working on that though. If I had a bar I would do pullups as well, I can do 10 pullups in a row, last time I tried.
I dunno really i do pushups now and then but not really a serious thing but i run around a lot, bike about and skateboard a lot so all those things keep me going i got a natural 6pack and cant explain why i have it xD i guess the mixture of being mega active and then lazing around for a while keep me pretty well.
Sorry arthur but i cant tell you the secret why. Because i dont know it myself haha. A nice healthy mixture of trampolining, skateboarding and going nuts doing parkour and stuff i guess :P
Bouncing on a tramp...oline and/or whatever we have for pe class... and of course stick/swoordfighting and a whole bunch of other random stuff ect. nothing
