I use earthquake and it ko's lapras and golem. Brings alakazam to one third health.

Alright, yes I understand you have a good metagross. That's fine. But it completely undermines everything if you have it oneshot others. It was for show Winston.

I ev trained my metagross. It only took under an hour to do. Its pretty easy if you have the right tools. I could tell you how. It was very fast actually.
