I remember reading somewhere that blackholes produce infinite energy, however to be able to harness this it would require infinite energy. Assuming that a machine was set up around the black hole that kept this balance, would we then be able to draw from that energy, since it is infinite and not a set number, or would it require all of infinite energy to balance with the black hole's infinite energy, so that taking any energy from it would result in the whole thing destablising and being destroyed?
In other words, if an infinite energy source was set up, but in order to harvest energy from this source would require infinite energy, then that creates a balance where nothing is gained, yes? So you get infinite energy form the source, but at the same time you lose infinite energy. Oaky, so seeing as infinite is not a set number, would you then be able to take energy from that without it disturbing the balance?
What you could do is split a black hole and release near infinite energy. Essentially it would be an atom bomb, made up of an atom the size of the sun.
BOOM
